Office Hours, Contact Info and A Free Gift

Just a friendly reminder to current and future clients

Office Hours:

It is my highest priority to give each and every one of my clients the best customer service I can possibly give. In order to do that, I must be intentional with my time so that I am able to give 100% of my energy and attention to the specific task or job during that given time. Whether it be a wedding, photo shoot, phone calls, or emails. As you can see from the listed hours, weekends are for events. That means I have a curling iron or make up brush in my hand, not my phone. While I am at events, my cell phone is always off limits. If you do contact me over the weekend, I will get back to you on Monday.

Forms of Contact:

The phone number listed above is my office line, not my cell phone. You can reach me on that phone number during my office hours. If I don't answer, don't fret - I will call you back. Email will get a quicker response.  The above email address is something I check daily. For the most part, I return emails with in 24 hours or less during business hours. If it is a busy weekend of events or I am out of town you will receive an automated response with further details. (Although, most of my clients an attest to my obsessively quick email responses.)  As far as social media - my website has links directly to my business social media accounts. If you try to add me on my personal social media accounts, I won't accept. I love you all, but this girl needs some privacy. Although, I do get a little personal on the blog, so follow there!

With all these things said, I am a Mother and a Wife as well. I chose this career #1 - because I love what I do and have a real passion for it, but #2 - so I can be a stay at home mom for my children. Some of my clients know my children well. And I love that. I love that I can be flexible with my schedule to accommodate my clients and my kids. But I have boundaries too. And respecting those boundaries will foster a great working relationship between me and all of you!

So remember - your wedding day is important to me, your photo shoot is important to me, your timeline, Pinterest posts, pictures, questions are all important to me. I can't wait to make your day beyond special!

As a gift to my beautiful readers and is a free downloadable PDF that you may print for personal use! Hope this helps encourage many of you, if you are feeling a little unbalanced! Also, make sure to follow my good friend Kara Layne's Blog - she is doing a great series on "The Balance Challenge" and specifically addresses being paid to create - not email! Check that post out here! So glad I am not alone!
